Sinopse:

No estúdio de Ami James em South Beach, Miami, a equipe de tatuadores junta talento, bom humor e personalidades excêntricas para criar as mais belas obras de arte nas peles de seus clientes.
O programa exibe o processo de trabalho dos tatuadores desde que recebem a idéia dos clientes até ao resultado final.
É mostrado a história e motivações das tatuagens com base em depoimentos dos próprios clientes.
Nesse reality show, acompanhamos o trabalho de artistas conceituados como Ami James, Chris Nunez, Chris Garver e Darren Brass, que contam com a ajuda do aprendiz Yoji Harada, e aprendemos as histórias emocionantes que estão por trás de cada tatuagem.
